The Drawer Theory
The Drawer Theory means when you sort out your Drawer, You genrerlly make it empty first. Then we would find what we need from all the things out from Drawer. Use this theory to our Business, It make different roles to different Drawers.
During 5s of Enerprise Manufacturing, Zero Thinking, that is Drawer Theory, is one of the basic thinking method.
During 5S, The main works are differ from neccessary and unneccessary. It is easy to understand, But, what is neccessary and what is unneccessary make us confuse.
Unneccessary, Not Rubbish. It means the things we need not to use within 1 month and put these products out of Manufacturing place and put it into warehouse.
During Use Drawer Theory to Handle 5S management unneccessary is not find unneccessary in fact but list neccessary. According to our Jobs of one month coming, List all the neccessary products list, other clear out.
1. List neccessary products: Equipment, Tool, Desk, Campaign Board, Bulletin, Materials etc.
2. List the specifics and demand amount of every products, State its reasons to prevent over using.
3. In Manufacturing Spot, Find neccessary, others should cleared out.
